The National Coalition of 100 Black Women is a non-profit volunteer organization for American women. Its members address common issues in their communities, families and personal lives, promoting gender and racial equity. Mission: NCBW advocates on behalf of Black women and other women of color through local and national actions and strategic alliances that promote leadership development and gender equity in the areas of health, education, and economic empowerment.Vision: We are an organization of progressive Women of African-descent whose voice and force for gender equity and socio-economic advancement drives meaningful change to empower women in our community.
