With this practice Nathalie began noticing how her thought patterns and nervous system reacted to certain stimuli and situations… All through practicing mindfulness, life shifted so much for her that she began to share this practice with her corporate colleagues, leading them into mindful meditations during the workday to help inspire peace, self-trust, and awareness.In addition, she received help from different coaches. The learnings from her coaching experiences began to open her eyes to the power of coaching.
