Neighbors Acting Together Helping All (NATHA) is a grassroots, community-rooted nonprofit serving the Lincoln Village area of Northwest Pasadena (District 1) for over 30 years.We began as a youth-centered organization, providing mentorship, education, and safe spaces for young people. Today, our mission has grown to meet the evolving needs of our neighbors, centered on resilience, recovery, and empowerment.As both a community hub and a trusted service provider, NATHA offers space for local collaboration, hosts vital programming, and leads neighborhood-based efforts to respond to crisis, build economic strength, and cultivate healing.We are of the community, not just in it, staffed by and serving the very people impacted by the challenges we address.Our current focus includes:• Supporting families recovering from local fires and displacement• Building long-term recovery strategies alongside residents• Offering gathering space for civic meetings, healing circles, and collaborative events• Partnering with local businesses, schools, and organizations to resource the neighborhoodOur vision is simple but powerful:To uplift, organize, and walk with our neighbors, through recovery, growth, and shared leadership.
