The HER Construct Innovation Gala celebrates the success stories of women who have completed the AWW training programs and are now thriving in skilled trades careers. This event will raise critical funds for training, professional development, and life-skills education for women facing socio-economic challenges, particularly Black, Indigenous, new-comer women, single mothers, and youth, as they break the cycle of poverty through high-demand construction trades.
