Welcome, Beautiful Souls!I’m Natalie Neal, but those who know and love me call me Diva—and not just because I wear the crown, but because I walk boldly in purpose, passion, and power.I am a woman on a mission: to empower and uplift women at every stage of life. After experiencing the devastating loss of my husband, I discovered a deeper strength and clarity of voice. I turned my pain into purpose and stepped into the spotlight—literally—competing in and winning the title of Ms. Exquisite Full-Figured U.S.A. Pennsylvania 2023, where I was also honored as the People’s Choice Winner with my platform, “Gratitude Through Grief.”I later took the national stage and was crowned Ms. Exquisite Glamour Queen and Ms. Exquisite Fashionista Queen. These experiences opened my eyes to the incredible power of sisterhood, self-expression, and positivity. I now use that energy to create workshops and spaces that inspire, affirm, and ignite confidence in women from all walks of life.By day, I serve as the Director of Human Resources for a leading food service provider, where I’ve learned that how you make someone feel often matters more than what you say.
