Mykenzie Busser, MAEd and Karla Cianci, MAEd

Co-Creators of Kehillah and KavodMykenzie Busser and Karla Cianci bring a combined 55 years of experience in Jewish Early Childhood Education. Serving as a Preschool Assistant Director and Site Director at their respective schools, they have dedicated their careers to fostering high-quality early learning environments for children, families and their educators alike. Mykenzie and Karla completed their Master’s of Education in Early Childhood Jewish Education through the Masor School of Education at American Jewish University, deepening their shared commitment to the field.As both administrators and educators, Mykenzie and Karla recognize the vital importance of validation, self-care, and professional enrichment for Early Childhood Educators. Their shared mission is to uplift and support the field by providing meaningful opportunities for educators to learn, thrive, and grow in community with their peers. Through this mission they aim to bring excellence in Jewish Early Childhood Education to the educators, families and children in the Bay Area and beyond.
