Too many booths trying to sell the same thing. Why are medical people there???

I already submitted feedback and received a reply from Murphy Broadcasting. However, they appeared to completely gloss over the fact that you have issues with this event and don't seem to be open to improving it. Heard from multiple even attendee's that it's the same major issue with the kid's area, which is the Santa Line. It's great people volunteer their time to assist, but realize that you have a problem and improve the process. It appears you only allow so many children into the room at one time. Waiting for a small child to quit crying in their Santa photo op is ludicrous. Any parent that has a child knows this is almost standard with the little ones. Additonally, giving children this young a huge selection of toys to try and select one is overwhelming to most. Have you considered limiting the age (saw many much older children that are far past the Santa age). Speed up the photo process (can't please everyone)? Set up age appropriate gift stations and current off the rest? Maybe advertise that it's
