She teaches emotional intelligence strategies to global leadership teams with Philosophy At Work and The School of Life. An award-winning actress, filmmaker, and playwright, her work spans stage and screen, and has garnered international bursaries and residencies. Her philosophy event series and podcast The Happier Hour was featured in The New York Times. Originally from LA/NYC, Monica now lives in Ireland, where she lectures in filmmaking at ATU Galway and is a PhD candidate in Creative Practice at ATU Sligo.
