I am an international speaker and facilitator for colleges, corporations and leadership teams.At 21, I became one of the youngest mutual fund brokers in the country. That early success led me to launch Simple Money Academy, a financial literacy company that has now partnered with over 100 colleges and universities to teach students how to master money.Through my work, I discovered a common theme. In order for someone to master their money, they first had to master their mind.Many students were held back by deeply ingrained beliefs that made them accept what was available versus achieving what was possible.Through my 3M Method, I taught students how to shift the status quo in the minds which allowed them to go after what they want instead of settling for what just works.Now, I help leaders around the world challenge the beliefs that hold them back and step into who they were meant to be.
