Follow Minnesota Prevention Resource CenterThe Minnesota Prevention Resource Center’s mission is to reduce problems resulting from alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs by enhancing the capacity of people interested in preventing these problems. We are a project of Association for Nonsmokers-Minnesota and funded by the Funded by the MN Department of Human Services - Behavioral Health, Housing, and Deaf & Hard of Hearing.MPRC has provided services to the residents of Minnesota for over 30 years through the development of community campaigns, providing resources, facilitating trainings and events throughout the state, providing research assistance and library materials, and supporting people who work to promote public health and prevent the problems caused by substance abuse. This includes tobacco and drug use, underage alcohol use and the misuse of alcohol by adults.
