Based in Melbourne, Australia, Mike has experienced first hand the rollercoaster of emotions that our body image can do to our state of mind and ultimately how it affects our everyday lifestyle. With this knowledge, Mike has been to beat his demons and change his body as he chases his own professional status... in the process Mike has also been able to build a life filled with much more enjoyment, fulfilment and happiness that has affected his personal life and loved ones.
