No where on any website did it say you needed to be pre-approved. We were not the only ones. Many of the pups were spoken for and not removed from their cages leading us to believe they were available. We had a pup in hand ready to finalize paperwork only to have someone tell us that we had their dog. I was very disappointed. To say that this event was unorganized is an understatement!
