Melinda Nassif

My name is Melinda and I love to move, dance, keep healthy and make choices that resonate wth the way Nature and Creator intended. I teach Nia movement classes, Freedance, Nia 5 Stages and soon to teach Mat Pilates... Watch this space for classes starting soon. I am also a Performer, so getting creative, expressing and telling stories excites me and fills my cup - up to the brim! I'll be heading up very soon to the Tamworth Country Music Festival for the 8th year, doing 8x 3hr high intensity shows and all in 8 days and in hot weather! So knowing how to keep my whole being relaxed, ready, nurtured while having fun and entertaining others, has all come together over the several decades of experience doing what I do. I hope to inspire you and share my experiences with you even more in 2025!
