Meghan O’Toole is a seasoned theatre artist based in Corning, NY, with over 30 years of experience as an actor, director, producer, and teaching artist. A passionate advocate for community-building through the arts, Meghan specializes in creating collaborative, multidisciplinary experiences that foster connection and engagement.She is a 2025 SoFLX Artist Fellow, currently developing her first original play about the groundbreaking women of Corning who helped shape the women's rights movement. In 2020, she earned a certificate in Creative Placemaking from NJIT and led IMAGINE!, a dynamic public art demonstration in Corning’s Civic Plaza that united 12 cultural organizations and hundreds of artists in a reimagining of public space.
