Follow Meant to Pause YogaMeant to Pause Yoga is dedicated to providing supportive yoga classes and research-based workshops to educate, empower, and embrace the opportunities of the menopause transition. My goal is to create a safe and inclusive space where individuals can find strength, support, and knowledge to navigate this transformative stage in life.While a natural aging event for most people with female sex hormones, the menopause is a massive biological, neurological, endocrinological and psycho-social transition. Every person’s journey through menopause is also unique to them.I teach menopause yoga through the lens of being a cis queer white woman and welcome all lived experiences, along with diverse gender and sexual identities.
