Mary Horne is a 700+ hour certified yoga teacher. She has been teaching full time in NYC for 7 years both group classes as well as one-on-one with private clients. Mary has studied under many amazing mentors and has participated in extensive trainings with Joschi Schwartz, Alanna Kaivalya, and Tiffany Cruikshank. Mary's approach to teaching is to make yoga accessible to everyone. To meet students where they are and help spread the teachings and ancient philosophy of yoga through movement in a way that is meaningful to life today.
