Martina teaches a gentle, creative flow that blends mindful alignment with an invitation to connect deeply to body and breath. With over 15 years of experience as a volleyball player and, more recently, as a runner, she understands both the joy and the challenges of movement. Her classes are explorative and reflective, offering space to build strength, stamina, and flexibility at your own pace.Martina completed her 200-hour teacher training with Yogacampus and is a Yoga Alliance–registered teacher.
