Marsha is a passionate yoga teacher with over a decade of personal practice and a deep commitment to healing through movement. After completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, she felt called to guide others on their own path of transformation. For Marsha, yoga has been a powerful tool for navigating and healing through trauma—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Marsha’s mission is to help others reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and find peace both on and off the mat.
