The Marian E. Burch Adult Day Care & Rehabilitation Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization, and a department of the Calhoun County Medical Care Facility. Our Adult Day Care & Rehabilitation Center (ADC) is designed to provide medical services, including socialization and activities, for frail adults who have a diagnosis of dementia, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, and persons with disabilities, who are 18 years and older. Rehabilitation services are an option for clients who are enrolled in our Adult Day Care program. Restorative therapy, nursing medical monitoring, dietary and personal care needs are readily available. The Center provides door to door transportation to and from the Center for those who reside in Calhoun County, at no cost.Mission Statement:To keep your loved ones in their own home environment for as long as possible with the highest quality of life for the loved one and you as the caregiver.
