MSG has two offices, one in Tanzania and one in the United States. The Tanzanian office is registered as a Tanzanian International NGO and is 100% led and staffed by Tanzanians. The Tanzanian office is the primary office responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization as well as implementing and managing operations. The U.S. office is registered as a U.S. 501c3 and is primarily responsible for fundraising and providing supplemental administrative support as needed. Both teams have the same mission and work collaboratively to share resources, ideas, and support on equal standing.
