I am passionate about yoga as a tool for inner wellbeing and exploration of other aspects of ourselves. I have been practicing Isha Yoga for the past 12 years and was fortunate enough to attend the 21 week teacher training program at the Isha Hatha School of Yoga in Coimbatore, India in 2022. These powerful tools have helped me in my life and I am honored to share these methods with you.
