Under the LuvMoves umbrella: We will be holding a weekly FITNESS class called HIIT the Park, where Amanda will lead you through a high intensity interval training circuit workout. This class is for those who want to amp up their fitness routines and want to FEEL energized, pressed up against their physical fitness edges, and who are looking to cultivate more strength, agility, mobility and cardiovascular health. Every Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30pm at Grand Park in Aliso Viejo. Also in the fitness realm, we will be holding a weekly HIKE at Top of the World called SOULULAR SATURDAY, this could change in time and morph into other things. The idea behind Soulular Saturday is to get into our bodies, get out into nature, get together with friends and just see what happens and what beautiful connections are made. Our Soulular Saturday meetups are totally FREE and everyone, all fitness levels and ages are invited to come play in nature with us! You can even bring your pup! We will be walking the “beginner” hike across the most beautiful terrain where we can view all of southern Orange County and the ocean. This is about a 3 mile hike that takes about an hour but feel free to go further or branch off onto a harder hike. We meet at Alta Laguna Park @ 3299 Alta Laguna Blvd. 92651. There is Free parking + bathrooms. We will MEET ON OR AROUND THE PICNIC BENCHES ON THE OCEAN SIDE, AT THE TRAILHEAD at 11:00am WHEN SCHEDULED. YOGA IS COMING IN EARLY SUMMER 2023! Keep an eye out for our POP-UP SILENT DISCO events where we gather at sunset to move our bodies and allow ourselves to get a little spiralic and primal (since life is soooo linear and domesticated). We wear headphones and there will be two playlists to choose from and we all just collectively and independently dance and move energy! Dancing is a great way to play in our body and to express things that may have been pent up in our soma (our body) for ages. Stomping and shaking the hips can be a way to loosen thing up and FEEL more grounded in your body, getting light on your toes and twirling can help you feel light and airy and easy at heart. However you move, no way is the wrong way, just let yourself free! Lastly, we will be holding other EMBODIMENT workshops and live events here and there so keep an eye out on our page!
