Hi! I'm Emily Lute, owner of Lute Environmental Consulting. After working as a plant operator for 10 years, I wanted to find a way to give back to the wastewater community not only in my area, but throughout the state of Missouri. The goal of the organization is to provide operator training on various topics of wastewater and all the tools needed to become successful in our careers.
