Why is community important?Do you feel like you don’t speak your family language as well as you would like? Has someone ever expected you to speak differently based on how you look or your family culture? Do you ever feel that you need to change the way that you speak because of expectations (your or others)?Language insecurities are more common than you would expect and even more so for those of us who have been raised outside of our home country/language. In community we learn more about how to build our confidence and that this is a cross cultural phenomenon that can create powerful connections.
