I built and cared for the Design Community + Culture at adidas for 22+ years, working directly with and influencing leaders at all levels to manage projects, bring the design teams together, and create a studio where the designers could do their best and most creative work. These days I am called to carry on this work with design communities and leaders in a broader way, across companies and industries. I believe that design leaders stand to benefit from a network that connects them outside of the companies they work for.
