Loto Wellness Collective (LWC) is a lifestyle company focused on supporting the growth and personal development of women and non-binary people through retreats, workshops, and community. LWC curates experiences to encourage, empower, and support humans on their journeys towards flourishing lives. In a time of immense collective societal stress, LWC offers intentional spaces to heal, find balance, and develop deeper connections with nature, ourselves, and each other. The realities of the last few years have left many of us feeling burned out, lacking capacity for our emotions, our families, our jobs, and especially ourselves. Our hearts have been screaming “enough is enough” with this new normal, and now is the time to rebuild our lives intentionally, to be able to show up as our best selves. Created by and for women, LWC is bringing together a community of people on their unique path of personal development and growth. Our retreats (hyper-link to retreats tab), workshops and community-building focus, provide the sacred spaces necessary for internal shadow work, exposure to tools and resources for healing, along with encouragement from like-minded individuals.
