Founded in 2005, Lighthouse focuses on whole-person health by providing counseling for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and suicidal ideation; delivering educational classes such as budgeting, nutrition, parenting, and employment readiness; and facilitating therapeutic groups focused on topics that include anger management, grieving and loss, self-care and personal growth.
