Life Rewards Action... particularly if it's conscious, intentional action. That's how I aim to live my life: intentionally and as consciously as possible. I am a coach who specializes in Shadow Work(R) and conflict engagement and communication because I believe our shadows inform how we do conflict. If we've got a bunch of unaddressed shadows, of course they're going to try to make themselves known -particularly through how we behave when something's hard with another person. It might be big and obvious like always being a shouter or a cryer or a stonewaller in conflict... or it might be less overt like manipulation or sarcasm or complete avoidance. The events I offer help people see their shadows so they can get unstuck from unproductive, annoying and painful tendencies. When we start seeing the shadows, we have some choices of what to do with them, how to engage them in real life. So, instead of shadows running the show, we can be empowered to live the way we want to!
