I am a 30-year Tahoe Local, graduating Lake Tahoe Community College with a degree in Natural Sciences. Worked for The Tribune when it still had a full newsroom! After the chaos of raising kids, I have finished my studies in Anthropology at ASU and also recieved my Certification in Sound Therapy. Through the years, from my first Women's Drumming and Meditation Circle in 1996, I have walked the path of the Medicine Wheel. Immersing myself in breathwork and assisting Elders, as well as teaching children, has taught me tenfold about facilitating through many mediums. I choose to assist others with Sound & Play as therapeutic avenues to Self Discovery.
