Letitia is RYT 200 hour Yoga Instructor.Letitia continues to embark on learning, studying, attending workshops and trainings to gain more knowledge and experience. She completed another 200 hours in Original Hot Yoga truly Bikram and completed Core Mat Pilates & Inferno HotPilates/HIIT Certification. Letitia is a perpetual student of life and strives to learn as much as possible.Letitia's is versatile in her teaching style. Her classes can be high energy when needed and indeed tranquil as energy shifts arise.
