Leadership Hermosa Beach serves the community by educating and training the future leaders of Hermosa Beach. Members complete a nine month educational program which introduces them to the governmental, economic, environmental and social systems of Hermosa Beach as presented by a variety of city leaders and officials. The program class completes a project designed to provide a tangible benefit to the city and residents of Hermosa Beach. Members are encouraged to continue their participation in community service after the program by contributing to Hermosa Beach organizations, commissions and government, as well as by remaining active in Leadership Hermosa Beach service projects.
