KUGB Wales was formed in 1976 by Sensei Geoff Wilding and to date is the largest karate association in Wales. Courses We provide three free courses to our members annually in North, Mid and South Wales. Championships We host two tournaments each year, the Welsh Championships in Merthyr Tydfil, and the North Wales Kyu Grade Championships in Prestatyn. Both are fiercely contested and the "Kyu Grades" has gained a strong following from clubs throughout England and Wales.
