Karie Terhark is a Certified ToP® Facilitator and Mentor Trainer, as well as a Lumina Learning Practitioner. She first encountered facilitative leadership processes in 2018 while serving as the Director of a community coalition, where she united stakeholders to drive community-level change. Over the past seven years, Karie has dedicated herself to helping individuals and organizations lead through facilitation, empowering them to make a lasting and meaningful impact. In 2023, she founded KT Facilitation, motivated by her passion for cultivating authentic collaboration and shared ownership.
