Melissa Miller and Hector Lisboa founded Kore Coffee & Flowers in Lehigh Valley, PA—a unique, woman‑owned venture inspired by the duality of the Greek goddess Kore. Melissa, an MBA graduate and former head barista at Hava Java, launched Kore during the pandemic, combining her passions for artisanal coffee and homegrown flowers cultivated on farmland she tended during lockdown . Hector, a builder and coffee enthusiast raised in Puerto Rico, restored a vintage 1975 horse trailer into a mobile espresso bar, merging craftsmanship with community outreach at local markets and events .Together, they serve barista‑quality brews and seasonal floral bouquets from their coffee trailer and farm. Their offerings span private events, bridal‐shower bulk‑flower buckets, photography sessions, and yoga gatherings amid blooming fields . Rooted in sustainability, community care, and creativity, Kore Coffee & Flowers is their passion project—designed to spark connection, joy, and grounded moments through coffee, flowers, and shared experiences.
