Ikebana Flower Artist / Certified Ikebana Teacher of Sogetsu Schoolfrom Tokyo, JapanBorn in 1985. Graduated from Keio University.Koka has been teaching Ikebana since 2020 and gives lessons in English to people from all over the world. She has taught more than 200 tourists in a year in her class and at hotels, such as Palace Hotel Tokyo and JANU TOKYO. She also offers lessons to Japanese people and children, both in-person and online.She'd like to share Ikebana with people all over the world — not just as a traditional Japanese flower art, but as a meditative act that celebrates the beauty of subtraction and mindfulness.
