The Parks and Recreation Department is responsible for the following functions and services for the Town of Kingsville: ■Maintenance and operation of the Municipal Arena ■Maintenance and operation of all baseball and soccer fields ■Maintenance and operation of the Municipal Marina and boat ramp ■Maintenance of all parks ■Facilitate and coordinate recreation programs and opportunities for Kingsville Residents
