Who Are We?Welcome to the King's Managers Network! This is one of the University's Professional Networks, which aims to bring together managers from across King's to collaborate, communicate, and share best practice and resources.We want to discuss and consider the nature of management itself, as well as the role of managers at King's. There are many types of manager at King's, and management goes beyond just line managing other colleagues. If you manage projects, develop processes, or lead a department, we hope this network will be a valuable forum where you can develop your management skills and help our colleagues to develop theirs.The network is open to staff from all pay grades, not just senior staff, and all members are equally important and equally encouraged to contribute. We are a network for new, established and aspiring managers - and we particularly encourage the attendance and engagement of our King's colleagues who are not yet managers but aspire to be.
