About Kim Richardson

These SOMA Breath sessions are designed for women, offering a powerful blend of breathwork, music, guided visualisation to support empowerment, relaxation, self-regulation, and a return to wholeness. Reconnect with your breath, find your voice, and feel deeply held in a safe, supportive space. The session will start with tea to welcome you. A theme to set the intention, some gentle movement that is inclusive to everyone, a guided visualisation set to specially designed music to help you into a state of deep relaxation. Within the sessions we use headphones so you can go deeper into yourself and invited to use a lavender scented eye pillow to get further into a relaxed state. I will offer you a free journal to take away to journal your thoughts and progress. You will always learn the mechanics of Breathwork and techniques to take away with you, so you can use them any time. You will find that what you learn can be used to self regulate, make you feel happier and healthier. I can teach you how to use the breath to positively impact on relationships and even your children.
