KHFT Practice Development Team

Our events are open to Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare staff, and students associated with the Trusts. The practice development team's aim is to support you to provide evidence-based, high-quality compassionate care to your patients. We do this by: Helping you to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours you need to care for your patients and meet NMC Standards Championing high quality, evidence-based care and addressing areas of poor performance Supporting you with the emotional impact of your work Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement, where all staff feel empowered to take action to improve care
