Kelly Jo is a creative coach and workshop facilitator specializing in embodied movement and writing. With a background in film and theater, where she self- produced and directed plays to raise awareness against violence towards women and girls, she spent ten years working in the arts before transitioning to a decade of teaching in inner-city schools . This rewarding journey led her to seek reconnection with her creative spirit through inner work, somatic healing, and meditation. Recently, she has returned to her artistic roots, embracing writing and performing slam poetry. Now, she is dedicated to helping others overcome creative blocks and unlock their potential, drawing from her personal journey of healing and self-discovery.
