Kay Gardiner and Ann Shayne have kept a running correspondence on their blog, moderndailyknitting.com, since 2003. They are the co-authors of a series of books called theMDK Field Guides. Kay spends a lot of time in Central Park; Ann gets there whenever she can sneak away from Nashville.
