I am an LA-based movement and somatic facilitator creating experiences that nourish, enliven and help people reawaken and remember their body’s innate wisdom. I create spaces for women to move, connect and journey into the sacred feminine.I'm certified in the Non-Linear Movement Method® by Michaela Boehm, a somatic release modality which utilizes principles of trauma therapy, Polyvagal theory and movement for nervous system regulation. I also teach The Class by Taryn Toomey, and have taught yoga for more than a decade (E-RYT 200).I believe that a circle of women holds ancient magic. Our bodies hold deep resonance when we gather together in movement, play, sharing and stillness. Together, we remember who we are. ☮️
