Now yoga is like a best buddy – it goes with me everywhere & has taught me so much. One key lesson I return to on my mat is to slow down and remember I'm a human being rather than a human doing! I practice traditional yoga through teachings from Ashram Yoga (Saraswati lineage) and am influenced by my background in public health, fitness instructing, pilates and many styles of yoga. Experience: In 1993 I began teaching group exercise classes and a decade later specialised in mind body. I have taught group & private sessions and been a studio manager, all in environments from community halls to gyms, studios and fields, in New Zealand, England and Italy. Qualifications: Ashram Yoga L2, Peak Pilates Instructor PPSIII, Pilates Institute UK Matwork, flow-yoga LA Advanced, Network Fitness Leader & Fitness Instructor, MSocSci (Health Development and Policy).
