Kanenhi:io Ionkwiaenthos 501(c)(3) is a non-profit dedicated to supporting healing in our Haudenosaunee communities, amplifying Haudenosaunee and Indigenous women’s voices across Mother Earth and uplifting the work of our Sisterhood. Kanenhi:io Ionkwiaenthos was founded by Michelle Schenandoah, Oneida, and is home to Rematriation Magazine & Media. Along with Michelle, the Kanenhi:io Ionkwiaenthos team includes: Rachel Porter, Sheri Doxtator, Afton Lewis and Diane Schenandoah. Our board members are Chelsea Sunday, Chrissy Jimerson, and Christina Porter. All of us are members of the Sisterhood and honored to offer our skills and resources as a gift to the 2021 Rekindling the Sacred Fire of Our Sisterhood gathering.
