Kamesha Tarell is a certified life coach who inspires men and women to believe in, nurture and love themselves. Through empowerment, practical tools and inspiration Kamesha helps tear down the beliefs and behaviors that hinder women and men from living the life they really want. Prior to starting her coaching practice Kamesha worked at a Domestic Violence Agency helping women who were victims of Intimate Partner Violence. She also facilitated a support group for men & women who were addicted to drugs and alcohol. Empowerment and support have always been at the very core of who Kamesha is. After years of prompting from those closest to Kamesha, she started her coaching practice, and has been coaching since 2009. Today Kamesha offers a wide range of coaching programs and services from individual and group coaching, to seminars and workshops.
