Kaila Clark

Hey everyone, my name is Kaila. I’m in Tattoo artist of four going on five years organizing this event just to bring people together more for the community for smaller businesses like myself and the other ones that will be here. A lot of people don’t have places to take their kids trick-or-treating sometimes so I’m gonna make it easy and put it right in the neighborhood for the community.
