Justice Vanguard’s mission is to educate and empower our local communities to actively engage in dismantling systemic racism and promoting social justice. Our motto is “on the front lines of education,” and we like to say that we are “solving racism and inequality with a smile.” We believe that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity and respect regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or any other identity. Our purpose is to raise awareness about the pervasive impact of racism on individuals and communities and to provide the tools and resources for them to become effective allies and advocates for change. Through community events, education programs, and outreach, we strive to create a safe and inclusive environment where all individuals are valued and respected with equal access to opportunities for success and fulfillment.
