Follow Julie PfeifferI am deeply committed to educating others on the advantages of slowing down to cultivate mental, physical and spiritual well-being. As a seasoned instructor, I provide a supportive environment and opportunities for growth in your practice. I have over a decade of experience teaching diverse yoga styles.After having my third child in 2007, I discovered yoga as my sanctuary. Yoga became my sacred me time, nurturing my soul and empowering me to be a more loving and present parent. Through yoga, I found self-love and acceptance, unlocking my true potential and embracing my new role with open arms.In 2012, my passion for my personal yoga practice evolved into a desire to share its benefits with others. I achieved my 200 hour yoga teacher training thru YogaFit and also an additional 100 hours in trauma recovery yoga in 2020.In 2024, I received my certification as a Certified Sound Therapy Practitioner thru The School of Mindfulness and Sound.Aside from sharing my passion of Yoga, you will see me enjoying walking, biking and running the Hastings trails. Also spending time with my husband, and actively encouraging our three teen/adult children to pursue their own passions in life!
