Welcome to Introspect. My name is John McMechan and I am an Intuitive Energy Healer, Reiki Practitioner and Transformation Coach. My passion and sole mission of Introspect is to inspire a new generation of education, thought leadership, keen understanding of energy concepts and how to reconnect with our innate gifts and spirituality to unlock the power within. Through two decades of soul searching, truth-seeking and personal transformation, I have learnt to harness and apply my empathic sensitivities and energy concepts into practical daily application. We are all born to be self-empowered and our body knows the innate truth that it can repair and heal from any trauma, challenges and emotional pain, given the right environment. We just need the right learning foundation and tools to unlock these greater truths.
