Cornish-born Music graduate & multi-instrumentalist (piano, voice, sax & trumpet), with teaching qualification.Musical director for many choirs and arranger/composer.Trauma-informed practitioner, working with young people to support their learning & well-being through music.Discovered ambient electronic music at uni, which helped me to zone out, focus & sleep - and have continued to use this for self-regulation & healing, whilst learning more all the time about the healing benefits of sound & music.Studied with the British Academy of Sound Therapy in 2019 for my qualification to facilitate relaxing group sound baths. Most recently invested in a DJ course with a ‘heart-based approach to the art of mixing music’ - with the intention of holding space for somatic dance sessions.I’ve been on my own voyage of self discovery with much soul-searching, and in the past few years especially, have become determined to follow my individual path, let go of societal expectations, and be true to myself. I have always been passionate about the power of music & all its benefits and am now ready to completely immerse myself in this world, holding space for others with my sound & dance journeys.
